OPTION #1: CP Prototype (Conceptual Prototype)

Typical Delivery: 2 days - 2 weeks

Extras: Includes 3 Professional Photographs (top, front, perspective views) of the finished Prototype in a Presentation Binder

As our most popular and affordable prototype option, CP Prototypes are made using state of the art Rapid Prototyping Equipment that truly brings your product to life. This tangible prototype is strong yet durable, and is limited on functional characteristics as well as color options.

OPTION #2: F3 Prototype (Form, Fit, Function Prototype)

Typical Delivery: 2 days – 3 weeks

Extras: Includes 3 Professional Photographs (top, front, perspective views) of the finished Prototype in a Presentation Binder

The F3 Prototype is perfect for a prototype that physically performs a function such as snap fits, flexible materials, and even goes as far as incorporating glow in the dark materials. Everyone loves the F3 prototype because of the color options. Some of our color options are listed below:

We can also create prototype parts that are Translucent Red, Amber and Transparent Clear.

OPTION #3: CF Prototype (Custom Fabricated Prototype)

Typical Delivery: 2 weeks – 4 weeks

Extras: Includes 3 Professional Photographs (top, front, perspective views) of the finished Prototype in a Presentation Binder

The CF Prototypes are custom made prototypes using high quality stock plastic materials and plastic engineering techniques to create larger or more unique products. The CF Prototype is also used to create CNC machined metal parts and all other non-traditional unique prototypes. This is the prototype you want if it is not economically or mechanical feasible to use other prototyping methods such as rapid prototyping.

OPTION #4: VP Prototype (Virtual Prototype)

Typical Delivery: 1 week – 4 weeks

A VP Prototype is a virtual realistic rendering of your product.

All products are not created equal and therefore need to be quoted individually by a degreed Plastics Engineer.
